Refund policy

All sales of LIVE ISOPODS are FINAL. Due to the general sensitivity of isopods to include the extreme care and prep needed to ensure their safe arrival to or from, we cannot accept the return of live isopods under any circumstances. Please also understand there LEGAL PERMITS involved with the shipping of any live animal therefore we also cannot accept returns of isopods as it would not be legal for you to ship them back to us unless you have went through the lengthy registration process and paid the applicable fees to ship live animals from your home state.

Buyer's remorse (no longer wanted etc) returns for other items such as botanicals, leaf litter and cork bark can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and original shipping cost paid is non refundable.

If there is any issue or concern about the quality or accuracy of your order, we also highly encourage you to contact us first. If we made a mistake, we will make it right and in most cases without the need for a return.
